Our Management Team
The Village of Winthrop Harbor is served by a dedicated team of professionals whose first priority is service to our residents, visitors, and businesses. Under the policy direction of the Mayor and Board of Trustees, and the day-to-day leadership of the Village Administrator, our department heads bring decades of combined experience in public safety, public works and infrastructure, finance, community development, parks and recreation, and public administration.

Working together under the Village Administrator, each department plays a vital role in serving the community: keeping our streets and water system in top condition, protecting the safety of our neighborhoods, planning for new investment and growth, and creating recreational opportunities along our Lake Michigan shoreline.
